Eligible applicants consist of non-profit or for-profit affordable housing developers.
The National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) is an affordable housing production program that will complement existing federal, state and local efforts to increase and preserve the supply of decent, safe, and sanitary affordable rental housing for extremely low-income households (those earning 30% or less of the Area Median Income as defined by HUD), for a period of not less than 30 years. Up to HUD's end term date.
Along with the information provided in the SAGE RFP, NJDCA will be hosting mandatory webinars/workshops for this program. DCA staff is available either by email or phone.

The New Jersey Healthy Homes program (Program) is an initiative of the New Jersey Department of Human Services (NJDHS) – Division of Medical Assistance & Health Services (DMAHS), in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA), to house New Jersey FamilyCare Members experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, homelessness or institutionalization by constructing and/or rehabilitating, maintaining, managing, and facilitating the occupation of permanent, affordable, community-based housing across New Jersey.
